Painting of external walls (new extension). Paint and equipment all supplied. Windows have been taped and covered. Drop sheets already placed. 2 out of the 4 walls have the first coat of paint already on. Each wall will require two (or possibly three coats). - Due date: Flexible

I am looking to rejuvenate my back deck area with a coat of paint. I have just had new merbau timber laid but the timber surrounding has not been painted for some years. I am looking to have the stairs, railings, beams etc painted. This task would require some sanding/timber prep and maybe two coats of paint. The deck at its largest points is about 10m by 3.5m. - Due date: Before Friday, 30 September 2022

I need assistance to clean, strip and lightly sand then RE oil my deck I’ve got all the products ready. It may need to be done over two days - a couple of hours each day to allow to dry between. I need a light sand done on my front deck, a deck clean and then 1-2x coats of aquadeck applied. I have the materials for the coating but not the sanding. I am reasonably flexible with timing but would like completed before the weather gets too cool. Dimensions are 5mx3.6m. - Due date: Flexible

Removal of mold patches from normal sized bathroom ceiling - Due date: Flexible

We have various small cracks that need repairing and sanding ready for painting (we will paint). This is in our kitchen and our hallway, as well as some Screw holes on the ceiling in the living area. Cracks are all mostly high towards the ceiling or around the cornice. There is also a window frame that has recently been installed that needs filling and sanding, as well as an air vent that needs to be replaced and finished (see images). Had sliding door installed. Need plaster inside to be finished off, and plaster and render finished off outside. Do not need painting inside. Not sure of cost - happy for someone to come and quote. I am home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

I am moving house and need a couple of walls repaired and painted where paintings and TV have been taken down. I have paint.
