I need these surfaces prepped for paint please. I have been told I need them wire brushed and sanded but this could be incorrect. Looking for someone with experience doing this Examples if the surfaces in images

The home has been vacant as the tenants have left and I need the house + doors to be painted (spray painted if applicable) before I move in. The house is in decent condition and has also been recently painted on the outset (inside of wardrobe, walkins, etc not touched- so will require painting, but most of the walls etc have been recently painted ~2 years ago).
