The two sections of exterior wall.. I presume concrete board..one on top of garage front shutter and another on first floor on the backside) need painting . I prefer a different colour - same as building.. open to suggestions.

I have a bathroom and kitchen to paint. As there is alot of cabinets etc in the way so there isn't alot of wall to paint. I am looking at getting the whole room painted in booth. Walls, trims, and ceiling. I have the paint for you. It's a british paint. It includes primer, undercoat and topcoat with mould treatment. So this can be done with one painting.There is one tiny hole that needs to be filled I have the buddy for that. There's not a whole lot to sand as it's mainly rough in the bathroom on the ceiling and parts of the walls. I have attached pictures. Look forward to hearing from you guys.
