Replace the damaged section of the ceiling and fix the existing lining. Reframe, re-plaster, sand back, and apply undercoat. This is a junction, so we need to put a mesh. Provide all the material (plasterboard, compound, tapes etc) and labour. Put all necessary floor protection and clean up afterwards.
