I recently purchased a house in Terrigal, the previous owners were very active in putting holes into walls and ceiling. I may also need some walls removed, before painting can commence. Please advise price or drop around and I can take you through the issues Thanks Matt

Hole in ceiling needs to be patched. Approximately 30cm x 30cm. Requires ceiling to be patched, sanded and two coats of ceiling white paint applied over repair. You will need to provide all materials.

Cut out part of ceiling, approx 300mm x 300mm where mould is forming, clean and dry area removing all mould. Then patch and paint. Mould keeps coming back after I've cleaned it

Strait stairs up one floor need staining to match spotted gum. The stairs are spotted gum but light on comparison to the hand rail. Dech needs a good sand back and seal.
