The back exterior wall needs to be painted. The top of the wall is weatherboard and needs to be painted dark grey. The brick half of the wall needs to be painted light grey. The downpipe needs to be painted dark grey also. We have the paint. There is a water tank in front of the wall, scaffolding may be required. We do NOT have any scaffolding.

I need a single gap in deck timber to be "solved". It either needs to be made to look neat & presentable, or the gap needs to be filled, e.g. with builders bog or similar. I am open to suggestions. The affected piece of wood is no longer load-bearing, so this is just cosmetic. This will be a very easy task for someone with building experience. I just don't have time to do it myself. I have paint and I will paint over any patching myself. This job is only to fill the gap somehow. - The affected strip is around 5 cm wide by 84 cm long - I have considered covering the gap with another thin strip of wood, but only because I'm not sure how easy it is to use builders bog to fill and sand this - If builders bog is used, I will paint after it is ready for painting. You only need to fill the gap, and sand down to the right level. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 23 January 2023 or Tuesday 24 January 2023, but no later.

Hi there Can you deal with ceiling(plaster) replacement and Cladding? I am looking for anyone can replace ceiling plaster and part of cladding at our entrance/small veranda area.We have removed those last month. Stafford Heights. Grandma's house has been locked up. The walls need a good clean by someone experienced at removing mould. There is loose paint too. Paying by the hour or as an all up price. Price posted is by the hour. Must be able to do ceilings.
