Find an experienced local painter in Central Coast

I need to cover approximately 6-7 sq metres with cement weatherboards on a ground floor back external wall. All materials will be provided. Price to include labour and tools. I live in Umina Beach Central Coast.

Hi there, we have just bought a house that was owned by a smoker for 20+ years. Looking for somebody to paint the walls and ceilings of three bedrooms, one bathroom, one toilet, one lounge, one kitchen and one laundry. The walls have been sanded and washed, windows and electrical sockets have been taped up. The house would need Zinsser (or alternative) to seal the smoke tint and smell before painting White. We are needing it completed before Friday the 26th as this is when new floors are being installed there is currently just underlay on the floor. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you

There is an exterior garden set of wooden gates with two vertical poles painted and the rest stained. I would like 1) the gates patched 2) gates made to open and close more easily (they stick a little) 3) the 2 poles repainted 4) the remaining gate wood pictured in the photos (approx 3.5m across and max height 2.7m) restained (so that includes the two small shelves too). I'll be there next weekend (Friday Apr 26 to 28), but otherwise my parents will be available too. This is a job I'd like to pay for to help my pensioner parents as they're not able to look after their home :(...

I have painted internally throughout but am unable to access the walls and window frames in the stairwell and upstairs landing due to height and access issues. I require an experienced and efficient painter to finish the job using suitable equipment e.g. ladders or mini scaffold. Height of top of window frame from floor on top landing is approx. 4 m. Painting of ceilings not required. Cost of paints covered separately as agreed.

Paint ceilings and cornices in Bedroom, Bathroom and Laundry. Walls of Bedroom and Laundry. Laundry in and bathroom areas to be done in undercoat and white semi gloss. Walls of bedroom in undercoat and a colour. Paint will be supplied by tasker.

Hole in ceiling needs to be patched. Approximately 30cm x 30cm. Requires ceiling to be patched, sanded and two coats of ceiling white paint applied over repair. You will need to provide all materials.

Small 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house needs interior painted white in readiness for sale. We know it’s an old house and areas such as the bathroom won’t look amazing, we just need the interior painted white throughout including internal doors. In total small open kitchen/dining/lounge, hall way, combined bathroom/laundry, three bedrooms, four internal doors and kitchen cupboards. We require ceiling, walls, doors and skirting. We do not require the beams to be painted. We require clean/bright white paint throughout. There will be some furniture in the house that we will have moved away from the walls . Thanks.
