Finish painting the wall of the outside of a semi house. It is a tricky part to get to as the ground is uneven and it is right next to the electricity lines.

I have four holes in the ceiling and one on the wall, each about 20cm x 20cm. I have plasterboard patches for 2 holes but will need plasterboard patches for the other holes. I will also supply paint.

Need wall patched and painted after unsuccessful removal of double sided tape. Have original paint which, if too old to use, has tint details for colour matching. Have a few other tiny holes from picture hooks that may also need doing, but can discuss those after doing this job.

Require peeled paint and small holes in walls repaired pre sale settlement. Not a rental.

We would like someone to come and sand and varnish floors in a house - 4 rooms and the hallway. Area is enclosed by red boxes in the attached floorplan - approx. 100 sqm. Property will be vacant and unfurnished. We will punch in the nails but need any gaps filled in (not looking for major restoration, just touch ups where possible), sanding and then varnish. Photos showing condition of floors also attached - majority of floors have not been sanded for some time but note 1 bed has most of the sanding already complete (will need some sanding but not as significant as the rest of the floors). Sanding can commence Monday 19 Feb (possibly Friday before) and must be completed by Friday 23 Feb.
