Hi, We are looking for someone to polish all our outside decking and the inside floor boards

It’s a 4 bed room home for roof painting , gutter painting and also cleaning above the pergola . I am flexible with when you want to do the job , or can do a part of the job , like cleaning pergola only and the roof and gutter painting by someone else .

We just need one room (skirting boards only) painted. And also some small holes in walls. Holes relate to where stuff was hung up. Photo is of the room we need skirting boards done. Everything is out of the room now. It’s empty.

Hole in ceiling needs to be patched. Approximately 30cm x 30cm. Requires ceiling to be patched, sanded and two coats of ceiling white paint applied over repair. You will need to provide all materials.

Small 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house needs interior painted white in readiness for sale. We know it’s an old house and areas such as the bathroom won’t look amazing, we just need the interior painted white throughout including internal doors. In total small open kitchen/dining/lounge, hall way, combined bathroom/laundry, three bedrooms, four internal doors and kitchen cupboards. We require ceiling, walls, doors and skirting. We do not require the beams to be painted. We require clean/bright white paint throughout. There will be some furniture in the house that we will have moved away from the walls . Thanks.
