I'll need the side exterior of my house painted. Some areas will need sanding and you'll need to use exterior no more gaps properly, (with a damp cloth). If I see you doing it with a dry cloth I will ask you to leave. You will need to have experience, you will need to be completely professional and I should not need to tell you how to paint or how to use the no more gaps. You will NEED to use your own drop sheets. If you aren't using drop sheets I will have to ask you to leave. Any mess you make will need to be cleaned up. If you wash your brushes and make a mess you will need to clean it up. You must use 2 seperate brushes to paint the white and black areas. DO NOT use the same brush! I want the job done properly or do not apply. This is for one of the most seen areas of my home and I want it looking perfect! Paint and External No More Gaps is provided. Windows will not need to be painted. The eaves have already been painted so you will not need to do that either. You will only need to sand, no more gaps and paint the weatherboards only.
