Looking for a painter to paint 2 bedroom unit. Includes painting all walls, skirtings, architraves, window architraves & doors and patch up any holes in walls and holes in ceiling where lighting will be removed. This job will not be ready until Monday 30th November. I have a floor plan if helps with quoting. Also most walls are currently painted a darker grey colour. The unit has some walls that are exposed brick too. I do have pictures if needed.

I need 2 bedrooms painted including ceiling (same color as walls). They're both about 3.6x3.6m. They're both ready for painting and need to be painted above the tape line. We have an old bathroom that has terrible ventilation. We have mould on the ceiling and possibly in the roof above, it also has leaked into the skirtings in the bedroom next to it so we want to know if there is mould in there.
