The house exterior needs a final top coat on the walls, windows, and stairs. I DON’T require the eaves, gutters, or battens below the walls to be painted. The house has been sanded, and undercoated, and some top coated started. It is about 70% complete and now the top coat needs finishing. I’ll provide the paint. You’ll provide everything else. I’m flexible about when the task is conducted.

Wall size is 2960mm wide by 2360mm high. Dark blue to staring blue mauve colours blending. Open to design suggestions. Please provide references.

Our master bedroom was almost completely renovated when termite damage was dectected. This damage has now been repaired and the room needs finishing: Ceiling incl. cornices, one bulkhead, one entire and two half walls, architraves around externior sliding door, skirting boards on one wall and one half wall. I am after quotes for a reputable painter to paint my 2 bedroom unit. I have a floor plan here and the whole place is roughly 68 square metres. I don’t need the bathroom to be painted as it’s tiled so it’s only the 2 bedrooms, kitchen (above cabinets only as it is also tiled - see photo) and dining/living area as well as room with the toilet in (see floor plan). Interested to see how much extra you would charge for the ceiling too which is a swirl artrex pattern. I have all the paint and all the walls have been prepped (filled as best I can and sanded and sugar soaped!) ready to go. The skirting boards will need sanding down and possibly filled in random places. I was ready to do it myself but realised I’d do a rubbish job 🥲 Space is currently totally empty also.
