Interior painting The due date is flexible. 2 Bedrooms :ceilings,walls, and wardrobe doors ~to prep walls prior to painting (i will provide product) ~to fill up holes,cracks and sanding. ~to apply 1 coat of ceiling flat on the ceilings with anti mould (ceiling is a popcorn ceiling but already painted) ~to apply 2 coats of wash and wear low sheen/matt on the walls. ~to apply 1 coat of oil base undercoat on the doors and 1 coat of semigloos enamel. ~use Dulux paint. Areas : Walls 53.15m2 (openings excluded) Wardrobe doors 9.2m2 Ceilings 26.5m2 If you calculate how much paint you need I can buy it or please include an option to supply the Dulux paint ifnyou prefer (colour my choice) This is likely to take you 2 days. This is a project for a Professional Painter only. Due date: preferred date for painting is Friday 4th - Sunday 6th November 2022

Due to bad ventilation, the ceiling of one bedroom (approx 12m2) has mould and another bedroom ceiling (approx 14m2) is showing signs of mould.

Sand one bedroom. Punch nails, fill any imperfections and varnish with clear (water based) varnish. Room size: Width of room 332cm Length 398cm Note there is a large inbuilt cupboard with carpet inside (which obviously doesn’t need sanding) so the actual floor space of the room is smaller - room minus the inbuilt is only 270cm wide If you would like to quote just for first hour of work - this is fine. Ongoing work would be direct I’m looking to sand this single room on a budget, and realise this is a smaller job - so I am happy to work around your other time commitments. Task doesn’t need to be completed on specified date - this is just input as Airtasker requires a date. Any weekday mornings would be fine, or weekend if you prefer. Room is ready to go - all carpet and furnishings already removed. It’s a unit (apartment) in an older Art Deco Bildung. Up one flight of stairs - I can help you carry sanding machine up the stairs if needed. Location is between Coogee / Randwick. Street parking is ok, or there’s a small lane way to unload if needed.
