UPDATE: Spoke to a friend, we want a good job done. That means to strip off old paint, put the 2 coats on normal walls and multiple water proofing coat in the bathroom? Please clarify the works you would do and the quoted price. Happy to pay more for a good job. The job is in Eastwood,to: Fill, patch and level all cracks (photos shows some, but not all.) About 20+ cracks to fix, bathroom is quite severe as per photos. Prep all internal walls, remove moulds and paint 2 coats on all internal walls. Including ceiling and cornice. The internal floor space is not big, only 1 living area, please see floor plan photos. The place is not vacant, so furnitures would need to be moved/protected. Looking for someone that can start asap. Paint and materials can be reimbursed with receipts. There are also other handyman job to do around the house. Can work on a quote on those if satisfy with this job. E.g. replace closet sliding door tracks. Fix sticking doors. And possible toilet replacement.

I have already prepped the walls of a bedroom and done one coat of white paint (quick dry). As we prefer a professional to ensure the finish looks good, we would like to hire someone to sand down the first coat (only if required to remove any streaks from the roller) then do a second coat (or if required a third, but as walls are in good condition then 2 coats might be ok - just needs to have a good clean finish). White quick dry paint and floor covering to protect the carpet is provided but please bring in your own paint tools.
