Surfaces need cleaning and preparation plus a coat of primer prior to 2 coats of paint. Paint and primer provided. Labour, painting tools, and any other materials required. High ceiling so tall ladder needed. Protection of surfaces not being painted plus clean-up is part of the job. - Due date: Before Friday, 2 September 2022

Painting one bedroom with a very high ceiling. The woodwork, fireplace, doors and skirting boards needs to be painted. The ceiling does not need to be painted. The job will require preparation work both cleaning and patching - see the pictures. You will need all your own equipment including drop sheets and a ladder and I would like the paint supplied (Dulux) if possible. The price includes the painting and preparation work. We tried to paint a few walls in one bedroom and the hallway as there was crayon marks etc from kids before we moved out of house. It was a bit sloppy so just needs a quick once over again. One room is two walls and roof. Then the hallway of the small apartment, both sides. Having spoken to a professional painter who we use and cannot fit it in tomorrow, he said it was a few hours work at most. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 17th Dec 2021
