Hello guys! Looking for a quote to prep and paint: - A small bedroom (Plaster with flakey paint that will need to be removed). - A medium Bedroom. (Plaster with cracks, but should be possible to paint over) - An approx 10mx2m wall (Gyprock with cracks, and some paint that peeled away.) All rooms will need crack repairs, especially near the cornices etc due to subsiding. But most walls have some plaster falling away. Hoping that some putty will hold it in place. Not expecting it to last forever - just 2-3 years (or more if possible). All rooms to be painted a light grey in Taubmans brand, with white trims and ceiling). All walls will need some prep work as indicated above. Ceilings should not need a full repaint. Perhaps a touchup at most. Also, please quote additionally on: - A 3rd bedroom that is similar in scope to the medium bedroom. - A 10m hallway with similar need for prep as the medium room. - A small "living room". - As a SEPERATE job, a medium 1brm Granny Flat.
