This is probably an ideal job for an experienced painter on an overseas holiday travelling thru Brisbane. Property on 15 Acres at Woodford. 2 min drive to town centre. I have recently removed the popcorn ceiling in this bedroom. But there is left over debris on the ceiling which needs to be removed by someone more handy than I am. I figure a quality sander and a person with sanding experience would be able to complete this. Two spare bedrooms, basically 3 walls in each (not ceilings or doors); paint trim, paint door surrounds and window ledges. Sand and fill where necessary includes floor edging and sills. Some minor picture holes to fill. Each room has large windows and built ins. No furniture in either room and floors are cement. Room 4m x 4m. Cupboards down one wall. Large window on other. Paint ceiling, Window surrounds, door surround, any edging around floor. Wall with small window - to be painted in a different colour (feature wall). Ceiling needs a little sanding. Walls require very little patching. We will supply paint.

Ceiling and walls + trim. One room only. 3.7 x 3.8 approx measurement. My estimate is labour only but if you want to factor in paint cost that's fine as I haven't bought paint at this point in time.
