Alfresco area has wood panelling used on ceiling, edges are falling down and needs repair, tidy up. Same on small porch area.

Timber decking to be stripped back pressure cleaned, oiled etc Around 45sqm - Due date: Flexible

2x timber sash windows require painting, one is semi prepared. The other isn't and has bad paint peel and window caulking needs re doing. The fence just needs a clean and final coat, approximately 15m long

1. Remove capping, High pressure clean fence. 2. Tape off edges and/or ensure no overspray onto surrounding driveway, walls, lattice work etc. 3. Some of the fence has shrubs, will need to spray behind & avoid damaging the garden beds. 4. Use spray gun to paint with self-priming solar paint. I will provide/pay for paint. Will need two good coats. 5. Clean up site & place capping back onto fence.

Living & dining room , kitchen, laundry and 2 bathrooms and entrance hallway

I have two bedrooms, which have mould on the ceiling, and a bathroom with some cracked/ bulging paint, and I'm looking for somebody to come in, identify/ fix the source of the mould (if it’s still occurring), kill the mould, and repaint the damaged areas. The three rooms would be approximately 2m x 2m each.
