Interior painting for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Walls, ceilings, cornices, outside of cupboard doors. Unfurnished. Paint supply included in cost. Slight patching also required (for picture hangers around the apartment).

Someone to sand my front verandah, ready for oiling. It is 13 sqm (2.2mx5.9m). It’s up a flight of stairs. You will need to bring your own sander. It was previously varnished, some has worn off already. I will oil it myself afterwards.

we need someone to sugar soap and scrub marks off internal walls in our home at Auchenflower.

Paint my laundry and toilet white (roller job, flat white paint, two coats). This is an easy job that I was just about to do myself but obviously a painter will get this done much more easily and professionally than I can! Need to have toilet door painted (semi gloss white). I have the paint. All water based. Also need laundry tub front face sprayed white. Please refer to photos. Must have attention to detail and be able to turn this around pretty quickly as renting the space out. I also have a lot of other painting work that needs doing. Thank you :) - Due date: Flexible
