Looking for professional painters to paint the white walls of our apartment. Please note that only the internal walls of the apartment and the ceiling requires painting - the exterior walls along the balcony are floor to ceiling windows and do not need to be painted. We also require all skirting boards to be painted. We expect the painters will: - supply our chosen paint at cost using trade account - sand all the walls to remove excess dirt etc - paint large pillar in main living room (upper left hand corner of floor plan) - bonus if you can help cover a small bit of wall that peeled off due to a dodgy glue on wall hook installed by a tenant

Paint a one bed room apartment

Need my living room, hallways, bathroom walls and ceiling painted (2 coats of paint on wall and one coat on ceiling). I don’t need the bedroom painted. The walls are currently white and want to update them to a cream colour. I will supply the paint and prep the walls. You will need to tape up the walls to paint. Bring your own brushes and painting tools.

Bought an apartment & the lounge/dining/bedroom walls need two coats of paint (walls only). There are wall hangings and shelf units which require filling and sanding in some places. Should take two days. The apartment is empty.

Paint bedroom (approx 3.5 x 3.5 )and main living area (approx 7.5 x 5.5 which includes kitchen) plus roof of this area in one bedroom apartment. Colour we would like is Lexicon Quarter low sheen for walls plus ceiling white for roof. Apartment will be empty as we pick up keys on December 21 but would like it completed before Christmas.
