Preparation and internal painting (2 coats) of 2 bedroom apartment (combined living and dining) (bathroom doesn’t need to be painted) -walls (peeling off the old paint especially when it has started cracking from dampness) -ceilings -doors (front door needs some patching prior to painting) - may require some plaster/white setting -skirting board(some places require peeling off the old paint and repair the cracks) Price assumes labour and tools. Hi I need someone to paint the internal walls and ceilings of a the living room and 2 bedrooms of the apartment. I don’t know the rate so please give me some quotes on labour. Looking for a painter to paint our 3BR apartment in Maroubra. - Single story apartment - All areas to be painted including trims and doors - 2 bathrooms but there are tiles from floor to ceiling in both bathrooms and the laundry. The ensuite is very small. - We will supply the paint and will be using Dulux vivid white, semi gloss for trim and doors and ceiling white. - Apartment is furnished but all furniture will be moved to the centre of rooms - Roof is 2400mm
