Re-paint a 1 bedroom apartment. Currently walls and ceilings are in good condition. Walls currently half Lexicon White half, want Lexicon White quarter, Ceiling currently white, want dark grey brown. Ceiling has some texture to surface so not flat flat. Hi. I’m going to move out of my apartment and rent it out. I need a few things done which I don’t have the skills for. - wall plastering / painting over patch ups. (Some holes in walls and cuts in ceiling. - fixing up kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Just to make sure they aren’t crooked and all opens and closes nicely. - Looking to having floor skirting installed where carpets are now timber floor and walls need edging at base if possible, am aware it would be significant undertaking and looking at possibilities. *ONLY SUITABLY QUALIFIED & PROFESSIONAL PAINTER PLEASE* I have a feature wall in my living room that I would like painted in 2 coats in an almost black colour so some expertise in cutting in is required and extra care taken. Just the one wall that juts up against lighter walls. Ceiling has shadow line so you don’t need to worry about damaging ceiling but care will need to be taken on side walls and skirting (all very light in colour). I will have the paint but you will need to Supply equipment, tools and drop sheets etc. Dulux qualified painter would be ideal by not mandatory.
