Find an experienced apartment painter in South East Melbourne

The one bedroom apartment I bought as my first home needs a new paint job. Looking for a tradie who takes pride in their work, not just some slap and dash. Surface prep, cut in and then the proper paints for ceilings, proper paint for walls, proper paint for door frames, skirtings, etc. Please describe the quality of paints to be used. If you provide recommendations to improve the quality of the finished job, such as two coats, or three coats for extra cost, I'm eager to listen to you and compare your quote to the other ones. The tenant vacated and there is no furniture except a fridge. Pretty much everywhere that already has paint (walls, floors, doors) Areas are bedroom, entrance hallway which leads to living area and kitchen. The bathroom door jambs, for sure need repainting and the bathroom ceiling, I guess it's a small space to paint (because floor to ceiling tiles) but depending on how much extra that would cost to include..... There is an 1800mm piece of wood that is underneath the sliding door in the bedroom. This has water damage and should be replaced. If you have the skills to do that and painting, describe that in the quote, this is even better. It's at the start of the video. There is some minor water damage to some other corners but I think they can just be sanded back and repainted over. Hi, I need the interior of a second floor, one-bedroom apartment painted. The job involves: - Painting walls, ceiling and doors/trims, including entry door. 2 coats most areas unless 1 coat is enough. - Replacing 4 short skirting boards (3 are less than 1m long, 1 is about 2m long) Other things to note: - The bathroom does NOT need painting except for the door and frame. - I WILL supply paint but you’ll need all the equipment and tools. - The new paint colour I have is similar to existing paint. 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in Glen Waverley. Need the apartment interior wall prepped and painted throughout. Looking for a high end level of finish. Walls and ceiling the same colour (white). Wanting enamel gloss finish on the skirting boards, architraves and doors. Apartment is approximately 72sqm

Painting for 3 small bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, living/dining room and two hallways. Walls only, no doors, skirtings or ceilings etc.

Patch and paint a number of places on the wall where stickers have taken the paint off, and where screws have left holes (I have the paint for this, but not the filler). About 6~8 different wall places. Doesn't need to be a perfect job. Patch and paint 2 places on interior doors that same stickers have removed the paint (I don't have the paint for this, so I'll need you to colour match and get me a sample paint tin for a colour that is the same or very similar for this as Bunnings won't let me in right now as I'm not a tradie). Again, doesn't need to be a perfect job. Re-seal my bathroom sink with some clear sealant (existing sealant has small amount of mould I can't get off). You'll need to supply the sealant. Replace the broken lock on my bathroom door. You'll need to go get a lock for me from Bunnings or the like as I'm not allowed to go at the moment with lockdown. Doesn't have to be the same lock, just something close enough to get the job done is good enough. Ideally, I'd just like to pay by the hour. Please quote your hourly rate and a rough time estimate.
