I am vacating a property as an end of lease and I have some plasterboard walls that have dents and chips that need to be repaired and repainted (with colour matching). 9 corners on my front fence have spots of damage that needs to be repaired and re-painted. These are all pictured. The largest bit of damage is about 10cm long. My front fence is concrete block with painted render. It looks like the builder used plastic corner edges to ensure a nice finish. Some overzealous whippersnippering has resulted in damage which I need repaired to make look GOOD-AS-NEW. I *think* I have the correct paint for this fence. All other equipment and supplies to be provided by you. Only the damaged areas need to be repaired and painted, not the whole fence. We are going for a wood grain look finish but can only get the wardrobe in white so want to stain it to the colour we desire. After some patching around new ceiling fans and ceiling lights, the colour around those areas in the ceiling is not the same as the rest of the ceiling. I would like to get those areas painted to make the colour more uniform with the rest of the ceiling, without having to repaint the whole ceiling. The colour of the ceiling is the same as the walls. Total of 9 areas (just a small circle around lights/fans). Note that one light over the stairs is quite high (4 meters) and you’ll need a ladder I already got some paint that was colour matched to the walls. So same colour as ceiling. Not sure if we can just use the paint I have (photo) or you’ll need something else? I’ve already spent too much money in all of this so I will appreciate competitive offers - Due date: Flexible
