One of the seals of a shower has fallen off and the shower door doesn't seal properly. A window has had its latch broken and needs repair or replacement. There's a lightbulb that needs to be replaced but the room is very old styled and the ceiling is very high up and needs a ladder. Have attached photos of the broken latch and another one that's not broken, and the door without the seal and the type of seal the frame has.
