I have an old suzuki sierra as a run around car and had a car stereo put in it about a year ago. It stopped working. Im not sure if its a fuse, or some old wire thats not broken- no idea. lol

I am needing someone to fix my Dashcam that has been hardwired to my Mazda 3 2021. The rear camera is working fine, but the front camera is not working. On the front camera, none of the buttons light up and the camera do not work when plugged in using the existing hardwire kit. I've also tried hard resetting the camera and holding the buttons for 5+ seconds. For context, I paid someone to hardwire the Viofo A129 plus duo into my fusebox. However, the dashcam stopped working sometime in 2023, I suspect due to overheating in the summer. I noticed that the dashcam still works if I use the cable that came with the dashcam and I plug it into the cigarette plug, so I figured that there is something wrong with the hardwire kit (at least I think). However, I am almost certain that the dashcam still draws electricity from the car battery because when it is still plugged in using the hardwire kit/cords, occasionally I will get a warning on my car dashboard saying that the voltage of my car battery is running low. This warning never comes up when it is not plugged in. I tried to fix it myself using the fusebox, and I took out the fuse that the hardwire kit was attached to, but I have not plugged it back in and the metal wiring attached to that specific fuse came off. I am looking for someone with experience with dashcam installation that could have a look at the fusebox and fix it. I have bought a new hardwire kit (to be delivered), but I am hoping that the existing hardwire cables can be fixed somehow before having to use the new hardwire kit (just in case I can return it). As the dashcam is already installed, I am hoping that it shouldn’t take too long to fix hence the price. First picture is the red wiring that was attached to the fuse that I took off (seen in the second photo).
