I have a 2009 Holden VE UTE I have wiring problems... I have a Chinese brand head unit with a aepro facia kit everything’s installed but the facia won’t turn off even with the Power button held down and Key out of the ignition I tried resetting it, air conditioning/controls don’t work, hazard light not working.. besides that everything else works fine eg: head unit, sub, amp, reverse camera.

I would like a qualified mechanic to come and have a look at my car without removing parts and tell me what they think the knocking sound is coming from my engine. I have recently had the fan system and water pump replaced by another mechanic and would like a second opinion before I take it back to get fixed under warranty because I think they have done dodgy work on my car. From what it sounds like to me there is something in the engine that is having trouble turning and I'm also losing more coolant than usual if this information helps. Also I have had the fan belt replaced recently and need the tension fixed which should only take 5 mins. If you can fix this I'll throw in an extra 15$.
