Battery ok but wont start

i need a head unit resalled into my holden ute

Just bought a 2000 land cruiser gxl and would like to update the head unit. Have not yet purchased one and would also like guidance on what to get (Happy to spend up to $800 on a new unit). The car is in pretty immaculate condition so I would like to head unit to be installed carefully and professionally. Must have Apple car play along with all the usual bits and pieces. I’d prefer the largest screen possible that fits properly in the dashboard. I pick up the car on Tuesday or Wednesday next week (7th-8th July) and I am heading in a road trip straight away so would like the unit installed ASAP, ideally you would be able to do either the Tuesday or Wednesday depending on when I collect her. I have attached a picture of the dash, unfortunately don’t have any better pics as I haven’t picked her up yet.
