You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Make an online booking for a beginner package 2. Attend your first class and assess the experience. You will submit this first part of your report within 2 hours of attending your first class. 3. Wait to see if a person from the studio calls you within 5 days. Once they’ve called you or the 5 days have passed, submit the second part of your report. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees + a $60 reimbursement for your package. As part of our sales process, we drop a marketing information pack into Australian High Schools and Primary Schools. We manufacture Leavers Wear (Year 12 Jerseys/Jackets, Year 6 Polos). We don't like to have it delivered because we want the school to see we are a local company. The challenge is our Sales Reps are currently too busy to make the drop-offs and so we are looking for AirTaskers to complete these for us. We pay $0.85 per KM travelled plus $10 per bag dropped off. We can give a list of schools that are located nearby each other and you can work out your preferred route but we normally use an app called Circuit. If you plan your route well you could drop off quite a lot of schools in one hour making the $10 per bag very appealing. You just record your KM’s travelled in an app called All Trips to log the route you did to be reimbursed your travel costs. I have allocated $1,000 for the project but we are willing to go above that and allocate more schools to AirTaskers who communicate well and are efficient in the task. You will be introduced to the local sales rep via email and they will take over communication with you to arrange to send you tote bags, promotional items (salad bowl, mugs etc.) and personalised letters. When you go to a school you need to put the promotional item and letter in the bag, go into the school and say you are dropping it off for (the name will be on the letter). If the office staff asks what it is in regards to say it is information about the Year 12 jerseys/Year 6 Polos and just try to leave as quickly as possible so they can’t say they already have a provider or they don’t want the information.
