THE PROJECT You will need to visit the pharmacy, assess the presentation of the pharmacy and service that you receive. During this visit, you will need to ask a staff member questions about a specific health scenario that we will provide. HEALTH SCENARIO: Red rash on my 6-year-old child (please do not apply if you are not comfortable to do the scenario) You will also need to purchase one of the products recommended by the staff member (related to the health scenario). This cost of this purchase will be reimbursed. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the pharmacy from the various staff members that you interact with. Budget for this task is $40 (inclusive of fees). Can't name the specific location of the store for privacy reasons. Happy to answer any questions! Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself.
