The role we have starts with you taking anywhere between 10-40 inbound phonecalls per day from customers who are looking to place an order with you, or follow up on their existing orders, or have general enquiries. You would have to call back customers who leave voicemails. You would be the face of our company, so you'd need to be friendly, bubbly, and enjoy dealing with strangers over the phone. You must speak English fluently. You would need to familiarise yourself with our products (Biltong.com.au) You must have some computer skills, such as being able to touch-type while on the phone. In quiet periods, there would be other administrative tasks (often computer-based) for you to continue with, such as maintaining our online product catalogue. Training would be provided. From 9am to 5pm There is some flexibility for the right candidate. This is a temporary position because we don't yet know how financially successful the role will be in generating sales, so we'd like to trial it for about a week.
