You will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into paying clients for our tutoring services. Your primary focus will be on gathering prospective clients through various channels, including online platforms, door-door sales, and other means, and closing deals effectively. Responsibilities: Utilise online platforms, door-door sales, word-of-mouth, referrals and other strategies to identify and engage prospective clients who require tutoring services. Conduct effective sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our tutoring services, and persuasively close deals. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up on potential clients in a timely manner. Formal qualification not necessary Excellent sales skills Sales experience preferable, but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with social media marketing is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. This position offers flexible working hours with uncapped earning potential. Minimum commitment of approximately 10 hours per week. Door-Door sales availability required from Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 6 pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm. Compensation: This position is commission-based with uncapped compensation.
