The role is at our head office in Collingwood, just off Smith Street and near plenty of trendy cafes and restaurants.

The job will involve 5-10 full days of work. You'll need to have a good phone manner and the ability to think on the spot. Experience within the events/hospitality industry is helpful.

Internet based company requires someone to make customer service feedback calls to our customers. Paying $100 for the day, you will be required to come to our Collingwood office to phone customers who have lodged jobs with our service and gain any feedback you can on their experiences. The main focus is to determine if they had the job completed through the system (and if not, were there any specific reasons for this). We are looking for someone with a comfortable and professional phone manner
