You will then fill out your online mystery shopping report as soon as you can after leaving the store, you can then 'save and resume' your report and then finish the report once follow up has been received In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the store and if they follow you up shortly afterwards. In creating a new style/design, you will be given a global style guide, so it's more replicate than design from scratch. Populate pages for each with info etc, will be provided.
