Need someone to check the music that some shops are playing for the public located in Preston and record a short video about your findings. You can complete this ANYTIME before the due date.   We need to confirm if certain shops are playing music on their networks. The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping. You will need to take a number of pictures (very discreetly) and answer some simple questions about the music being played in the shop.    The two pictures and the video need to be clear and consistent with the information requested, as we need quality information. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. THE PROJECT We have a mystery shop available for an appliance store. This mystery shop needs to completed on a weekday between 9am and 4pm on or before the set due date. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the staff member’s product knowledge, the store presentation and overall service you receive. You will need to be able to explain that you are renovating your kitchen in a few months and are looking at some appliance options. You will also need to be comfortable memorising a couple of scripted questions and answers so you can assess the staff member’s ability to answer a specific (and very common) enquiry.
