This assignment is to visit and Mystery Shop / Secret Shop a high end Beauty Salon and receive $90 worth of free beauty treatments.
Please note you must spend close to this amount.
(A waxing treatment and one other treatment, another waxing, maybe a half hour facial or spray tan etc.)
The treatments will be refunded (up to $90) and you will be paid a further $20 for filling out the survey. $110 total.
You can spend more on treatments if you wish, however, we will only refund up to $110 in total.
Please also note we will not refund any product purchase, only treatments.
This assignment will also require the chosen applicant to fill out an application form, this application form will take around 20 minutes for someone with average typing ability.
Once selected and when this application has been completed, you will have access to the survey.

What is Secret Shopping / Mystery Shopping?
Secret Shoppers or Mystery Shoppers when selected for an assignment are required to visit retail stores and other types of businesses anonymously, for the purpose of observing and reporting on the quality of Customer Service delivered during your visit.
You will be working for a company with over ten years experience in The Secret Shopper Mystery Shopping field, and your payment will be made via Airtasker Secure pay, so once your assignment is completed to a satisfactory level your payment is guaranteed.
You are essentially being paid to relax and be pampered!
The answers submitted by our Secret Shoppers (Mystery Shoppers) enable our clients to make employment decisions, to reward staff for an excellent performance and offer extra training to staff who perform poorly, to help the staff member to comply with company service standards going forward.
All in all helping to improve the customer service you and other customers and clients in Australia receive on a day to day basis.
Once your visit is completed, you will then be required to complete an online questionnaire covering the experience. So a good memory is essential.
At the end of the online questionnaire you will be required to write a minimum 500 word summation (Maximum 700 words), detailing as many relevant aspects of your visit as possible.
The successful Airtasker for this assignment will receive confirmation before or just after the 20th of September 2016. You will then be given three working days to complete and submit the assignment using our online portal (subject to a suitable appointment being available).
Please do not apply if you are significantly time poor, as we need this assignment done reasonably quickly.
Full instructions will be given verbally and in writing.
We are a little flexible with this deadline, as you will have to make an appointment.
We will also ask you to scan and send us proof of your visit and a salon receipt for the services you received. So access to a scanner or digital camera is essential.

This assignment should take about 1 hour to complete if you have average typing skills. You will need to be in the salon for a minimum of 30 minutes.
