We work within the hospitality/retail/hair industry. We are currently looking for Casual Mystery Shoppers across all demographics to join our fabulous tribe of mystery shoppers . We need you to visit a particular salon, for a wash and blow dry and report back on our software based on the treatment, service and overall experience. The Airtasker pay is the small payment for the job but the treatment will be fully reimbursed so a nice day out for the right person. Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a pilates studio. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Reach out to the studio about doing a pilates class 2 days in advance 2. Assess the class confirmation process 3. Assess the studio, welcome and tour provided 4. Assess the class and the interaction after You will need to book a specific class type and we will reimburse you for this cost. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any pilates studios in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (lockdown, sickness, etc.) we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being started. Need someone to check 3 spirit shelves in a bottle store located in Byron Bay and provide some feedback about how they look.    We need to confirm if 4 specific brands of spirits are displayed on the shelves of this liquor store. The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping. You will need to take a photo per shelf (very discreetly) and indicate how many bottles of each brand are on the shelf.   Feedback needs to be sent through an app that we are developing.
