PROJECT BRIEF We have a mystery shop available that will need to be completed by 22nd October. Please note you will need to be over the age of 18 to complete this mystery shop. On SATURDAY, You will need to call the bottle shop before you arrive and ask a question over the phone (we will advise what question to ask when allocating you this mystery shop). You will then go the store and assess the store presentation and the level of service you receive from the staff members you interact with. The type of product enquiry you make in-store changes each month. We will advise what question to ask when allocating you this mystery shop. You will also need to purchase one of the products recommended (related to this enquiry) to the maximum value of $30. This cost of this purchase will be reimbursed. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive over the phone and in the store. Budget for this task is $25 inclusive or Airtasker fees.
