Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opportunity at a pilates studio. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Make an online booking for a beginner package 2. Attend your first class and assess the experience. You will submit this first part of your report within 2 hours of attending your first class. 3. Wait to see if a person from the studio calls you within 5 days. Once they’ve called you or the 5 days have passed, submit the second part of your report. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees + a $60 reimbursement for your package. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any pilates studios in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. There will be a detailed 2 page form that requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 30 minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form. The time frame you outline must match the entry time recorded on the store cameras. -The report must be returned back typed and neat as it’s used for training purposes. -The report needs to be returned the same day while the visit is fresh in your mind please.
