I am in need of someone who knows how to use Photoshop to create borders around images (scanned images of paintings) size them in A4 and A3, make some adjustments to the images so they fit an A4/A3 page but don't loose any details. I have Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020. My printer is an EPSON ET 7750 which I have used to scan some of the paintings. I'm an artist/painter but it's been years since I used Photoshop (so I'm a little rusty).
