Our front door handle latch is stuck in the out position and will not retract. One of the screws attaching the door handle to the door has a worn out head. The locking bolt for the door is also not aligning with the hole. We also have two bedroom winder windows that are stuck in the locked position.

The door funiture on our back door is old and has broken. Would like to replace the whole lock and handle with a more modern set. Happy with a generic lockable handle, nothing fancy.

I just bought a smart lock and want to install it on my door. The door doesn't have a deadbolt hole.
