Bedroom door lock installation

Need a locksmith to do an installation of Samsung smart lock to our front door. The old lock (the lock below on the picture shown) has to be removed and the second hole in the door needs to be plugged

Some one to come and install/change a lock on a sliding door with doggy door insert. Slight problem is that the original lock receiver goes on the wall and not the metal part of the door.

Door handle is no more working and needs replacement

Security door not opening, it is due to lock stuck and cannot open. Keys not working, so may need to cut and replace both lock

My garage door opens, however when i press the button to close it, it makes 2 beeps and doesn't close, i have to manually close it by pulling latch - however when i press the button to open it, it opens.
