We previously installed a Samsung mortise smart lock on our front door, and it was a right pain to do. We've got a new front door now, and hoping to get someone to install the lock for us before my partner gets ideas about doing it ourselves again. No urgency, as long as we can get it done before my partner busts out the chisels.

I'm wanting to replace the t-handle lock on my manual garage door. The stem of the old lock has been welded to the bar mechanism that sits behind the garage door. So I'll need the old stem removed (angle grinder required?) and the new lock re-attached (probably welded).
