Carpenter required to install new smart door lock. No wiring is required.

Hi Airtaskers, I need someone to replace a broken door closer in my North Sydney office. Please see photos attached.

Damaged door needs replacement. I have bought the correct sized replacement and a door handle with privacy lock but the door will need a hole cut for the handle and for the lock to be installed. Wed afternoon / evening or thurs afternoon preferable.

Remove old manual door lock Install new door lock (electronic) New item is boxes and instructional video can be provided for installation. Must have your own tools and be a locksmith or handy enough to be able to install this lock.

We have a small cafe in an office building. There is a small swing door which separated the public area from the staff only section. The doors lock is failing and not lockable. We hope to have an installer recommend and install a cost effective lockable lock in replacement of the current mini bolt lock.

Replace an older model dead lock with a smart lock

I need a new smart door lock with keypad fitted to my front door. a new location for the dead bolt and strike plate will be needed. The current deadbolt will need to be made redundant as it forms part of the door furniture that cannot be removed. I am still sourcing the new smart lock, I am looking at Gainsborough product

Broken door handle needs to be replaced Handle is quite old

Hiya, the lock on my letterbox is absolutely buggered. The letterbox is unable to be locked or closed property which isn’t ideal. And leads to lots of junk mail etc. For the person with the right expertise I’m sure it’d be a very easy five-minute job. I need someone to unscrew the existing bolt holding the lock on, and replace the lock with a new one and provide the new keys. Just 1 lock for 1 letterbox in a block of apartments. Letterboxes face the street and both the letterbox and lock is completely accessible from the street, no extra access needed. See attached photos for more details.
