Internal door handle from the hallway to garage needs to be replaced with a handle that has lock. I attached the photos of existing door (1-3rd photos) and the 2 options of handle with latch (last photos)

Had a lock installed on my bedroom door by a handyman but unfortunately the plate on the doorframe side has come loose. It was was a bit tricky to close/lock/unlock once this happened, but now it is jammed shut. Please come 10am-1pm tomorrow :)

I have purchased two new door locks/handles and needing them added to two internal rooms which I am wanting to lock off for Airbnb guests. Locks/doors are very standard for an apartment. See photos attached. The existing holes in the door are however slightly too small for the new locks so need drilling out. I am looking to have a Nuki 2.0 smart lock installed on my apartment front door. My lock and handle brand is Novas. Several of my neighbors on my floor have the Nuki smart lock installed, without disturbing the external appearance. We can change the cylinder or lock if needed, to be compatible with the Nuki mechanism, which usually uses a key on the inside. See pictures. My door is closing but the deadlock is not latching. I can push it open from the outside when it’s closed. I had the door shaved down recently as it was sticking and it seems to have impacted the angle of the lock. Need someone to check it out and fix ASAP!
