6th(top floor with a lift) floor unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one is unused) to be cleaned when required (before a dinner party or visitors coming) maybe once per month. Not all rooms need to be done each time. Sometimes a balcony needs doing as well. Maybe a quote can show an hourly rate to be revised when cleaner sees the unit. I expect offers between $50-$80, depending on what the cleaner is actually clearing (i.e. sometimes less and other times there is more to do) A cleaning couple would be useful to move furniture sometimes and it would take less time. We are very busy older grandparents involved with 5 young grandchildren and doing a lot of exercise classes to stay fit for that, so we have little free time. Thursday is a good day, but Tue between 11am-2pm and Friday after 1pm are also possible. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, an old lady i was caring for has just passed away. Her room in the retirment home is full of clothes and CD's and some furniture - just enough to fill a small truck/large trailer. Looking for a friendly and happy domestic housekeeper to integrate with and help a busy family! We require assistance 3 times a week - for approximately 2-3 hours at a time. Looking for someone local who is available longer term. Duties include: -general domestic cleaning -washing, sorting and folding laundry -assistance with groceries and maintaining tidiness of fridge and pantry -organisation and decluttering of cupboards and rooms as required -assistance with packing for school events and family trips -assistance with family pets

House tidying, basic meal preparation, laundry (washing and folding, no ironing), running errands eg shopping or school pick up. This is for a friend whose husband is young and fit but out of action for the next four weeks with a broken wrist and shoulder on opposite sides. His wife is working and they have two young daughters so she needs help - ideally so she can focus on getting the girls to school and herself to work. The work will be a split shift - I estimate 1.5 hours in the morning and a 1.5 in the afternoon, Tuesday-Thursday for the next four weeks.
