Hi pls look at the pics closely which are only a guide. Im looking for offers below $300 The job . Im seeking someone to help partially empty/declutter and clean a small bedroom which has a lot of rubbish and is very dirty and messy. The focus is on cleaning cleaning and making the room habitable. There ISNT a focus on organisation. There is a mix of clothes, linen, paperwork, technology, toiletries etc. A lot is old and dirty. The majority i expect will be dumped but some stuff will need to be reviewed and assessed if suitable to keep. Once the room is cleared there is two desks and a small cupboard that needs to be dismantled and then the room cleaned( vacuum and dusted ). The furniture is old flat pack and can be knocked down easily with hammer. The room is located in the middle of the house so all rubbish (except the furniture) has to go into garbage bags and be taken outside. It's not far and it's flat. I'm not interested in donating stuff or sorting the rubbish into appropriate waste. This job is at Sunnybank and I will assist. The room is only big enough for a single air tasker and me to work. This is a share house and there is NO room outside the bedroom to sort stuff. The client is a single male friend who is currently in hospital and has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer so he won't be present. The other housemates won't be home either. Ideally I'd like to get 4 hours of help and then reassess what if further help is needed. We would need to start at 1 pm. I'll supply garbage bags. The objective is to get the room in better/cleaner shape for when he comes home and he may be using a walker etc. Can you pls let me know if this is of interest and next steps.

Hello! I’m about to give birth via csection so will have to rest for a few weeks. I’m looking for someone to come 3 times a week for a couple hours to help around the house. This will be a regular gig. I already have two young kids so without regular cleaning it gets very messy very quickly. Duties will include: general cleaning and tidying, washing, drying and folding laundry, cleaning toilets & kitchen. Just helping to maintain the house. We can talk more about what you can offer too.
