I broke my wrist 6 weeks ago, had surgery and still haven’t in cast until after Christmas. I have not been able to properly clean my house and have friends and family coming for Xmas. I need help in getting my house presentable, the main areas are 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. I don’t need it to be spotless but a reasonable clean of the kitchen and bathrooms so I can receive my guests with some pride instead of embarrassment. I will be going back to work in the new year and will be looking at a couple of hours each week for a cleaner to assist me keeping on top of my housework, if this is something you are interested in let me know. We recently moved houses, we have two kids and two dogs, and my husband and I have done our best to manage our move. My husband and I are out of physical steam, but we still want to finish the settling in asap. I live with Multiple Sclerosis, so I find it hard to do a lot of the unpacking, sorting and organisational work, and my husband isn’t used so much physical work whilst taking care of all of us! So I had hoped there would be someone who could come and work with me for a couple of days finishing the unpacking, sorting boxes out, moving furniture around etc. I’d prefer to pay your day rate, so if it takes one day – that’s fine. But if it takes 3 days, I can simply pay you each day as we go. **So bid with your day rate and we can take it from there. Female or male is fine, there isn’t much heavy lifting, probably just shifting cabinets around, it’s mostly fiddly things like organising the contents of each room, putting the furniture in the right place, putting a rug down, and so on. I’ve already done my two kids rooms, and we have a basic layout already in place in the house, but we have a long way to go for the “finished” look. Areas to be addressed: - Living room - Media room - Bedroom 1 - Office - Kitchen - Outdoor area - Garage - Pool area We also have two small dogs, so you need to be ok with them running around and getting in the way occasionally. We have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house, all hybrid flooring no carpet, that requires a general cleanup. No special cleaning equipment or experience or chemicals required as we can supply it all and direct as required. There are two adults and two children in the house so a little bit of toy ridding and things like that may also be involved. All weenagers, elderly and professionals are welcome to apply but the top rate is fixed at $30 per hour and a half about 4-5 hours work Thursday and can negotiate ongoing cleaning services if you enjoy the job. Hey, I’m looking for someone to help me shampoo my living room carpet and one bedroom. I will have it all ready to go, I have my own carpet cleaner it’s easy to use and not too bulky I will also have the aircon on. I am unable to this myself at the moment.
