Need help to purge, declutter and then organise my entire house storage

I would love an energetic, warm natured, meticulous and reliable person (female) to help me with this task. We are getting new flooring done, and a revamp of a few areas so will need to declutter and pack things away. I love organising and being a Marie Kondo, however with 2 young kids, I don't have as much time now. I am hoping for regular sessions (weekly at the minimum) for the next few months so will need to gel well with the tasker.

I've had some boxes in a storage cage for a few months now and I'm moving them into a taxibox. I need someone to help me sort through the boxes; donate, trash, and repack them. There are only 3 moderately heavy boxes with books and the rest are lightweight. I could do it all myself but the boxes have been sitting on the ground floor and I've seen cockroaches nearby and I'm terrified of them so 80% of your role will be bug control. Relatively light work, I don't expect it to take more than 2-3 hours working at a leisurely pace.

I need to find someone to help on a regular basis ($30 per hour) We just moved in and I need someone to construct a shelf, organise my tools, label plastic containers with parts, move a padlock hasp on the rolling door, and put up a tool rack on the wall. You may need to run to Bunnings if we need additional brackets/hooks. You need to be fairly strong, because the boxes weigh around 20-25kg. You also need some experience in workshops (e.g. know the normal layout and the difference between a spanner and a jigsaw.) My girlfriend has ADHD and while I love her to bits, she can be a bit all over the place and her living space reflects that. I'm staying at her apartment while she's away and said I might try to organise it a bit which she's totally OK with. I'd love to surprise her with giving the place a bit of order and a glow up but could do with a second set of eyes and hands. It's a reasonably small space and she has a lot of stuff. It's not unclean it just.. needs organising and shuffling around. Are you the type of person who finds joy in bringing order to chaos? Doing lounge room Tetris and putting everything in its place? Moved into a new house and room. These are the photos from the real estate listing. The pics of the room is the one I'm in. I need someone to unpack the (well labelled) boxes into the room, walk in wardrobe and bathroom. I also need storage solutions (racks, boxes, organisers, drawers from IKEA or Kmart) that make it viable for a busy person like me to keep the space tidy and maintain it. I will also need the same for the kitchen. So rooms included are: kitchen and 1 bedroom. This task entails remote (can send video) or in person scoping of the space to decide what extra bits will be needed to store things, picking up the neccessary items you'll need from IKEA or Kmart that I can pay for and then unpacking the boxes into the space with labels on things.
