The work is super easy, you just need to be able to lift cartons of drinks. House information: 1. 3-bedroom townhouse 2. One car park garage 3. Empty on the day of cleaning 4. End of lease or bond return level cleaning is expected 5. Downstairs we have tiles and carpet starting from stairs including all bedrooms upstairs. 6. You will require to collect keys from property agency which is just located across the road i.e. 1 or 2 min car drive from this house. I would require job bill/receipts to give it to real estate agency for my RTA bond return process. Looking forward to receiving reasonable quotes.
